  • Five Phase Process: 1. Consultation & Measuring, 2. Planning & Presentation, 3. Purchases & Procurement, 4. Design Project Management & Installation, 5. Styling & Photography

  • There is an initial $500 Consultation & Proposal fee, and additional hourly fees may apply for Phases 4 & 5

  • Cost, scope of work & timeline will depend on project details & square footage tbd in full proposal

  • Retainer, deposit and contract due upfront

  • Current minimum product investment of around $60K per project

E-Design Package

$2,000 per room

  • Full fee due upfront. 15K product budget minimum and contract required

  • Initial 45 minute video or phone chat with Principal Designer Noel Gatts, optional.

  • The client provides measurements and photos

  • Entirely remote/virtual direct communications with your designer via our design software

  • Digital design presentation with shopping links, and one revision within 15 biz days of initial presentation.

  • For bathrooms & Kitchens, we can provide tentative recommended layouts only and select finishes

On Site Design Consultation

$500 hour consult

  • Full Fee due upon booking to reserve a one hour session

  • Initial 15 minute Discovery Call with Noel Gatts
